Spandanam is the annual college arts festival at the College of Engineering Thalassery, lasting five days with off-stage events for three days and on-stage performances for the remaining two. The festival features friendly competitions among four teams: Thakshak (CS & ME), Kalinga (CE & MBA), Vibhavari (IT & EEE), and Nirvana (EC), each representing different academic disciplines. It's a celebration of diverse talents, from dance and music to debates and drama, uniting the college community in a lively showcase of creativity and camaraderie.

On-stage
On-stage events at Spandanam showcase dramas, skits, songs, dances, and traditional Kerala art forms such as duffmutt, and vattapppaatt, captivating audiences with diverse cultural expressions.
Off-stage
Off-stage events encompass a variety of activities conducted away from the main stage, including story writing, essay writing, poetry, drawing, and painting competitions, fostering creativity and literary expression.
